Why I Started This”

I have always loved writing and creating stories in my head. I have written poetry, short stories and even a workbook based on A Year of Dating Me. I took myself on a date each month and that lead me to living my life more intentionally. We are all so busy in this fast-paced world and we need to take time to slow down. This monthly letter is a chance to slow down, enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine and take 30 minutes to yourself. Open the envelope, turn on the playlist, pour yourself a beverage and enjoy a letter from the heart and all the little surprises contained in the envelope. Take time to start living life intentionally. Creating this monthly lets me slow down, gather my thoughts and share a piece of myself with you.
